Happy end of March Charlotte Fans, we close out our first full month with some new pictures and some additions to our ever growing staff. First lets start out with the new pictures, I received these from Mark who will be mentioned later as he is joining the staff. They are from the Netherlands and were shown at Christmas time during the "All You Need is Love" Television special. They are some excellent captures so check them out in the Television Photo Archive. Next I'd like to announce two new additions to our staff, As I mentioned before Mark, will be joining us from the Netherlands to head up Team Netherlands. It's great to have another Mark on the staff:) Also joining us is Leonardo from Rio de Janeiro , to become part of Team Brazil.  Leonardo will be sending us the latest news and views from Brazil which has been our fastest growing viewing audience by far.  Steve of Team USA also sends me news that Charlotte will soon be featured along with other musical artists in promotional ads for a new online music site. These commercials will feature Charlotte among others talking about the site's theme "Me music, its mine". I'll have all the details on this for you tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by, I have a full schedule this weekend so it should be exciting! Best Wishes.  - Mark

Good Day Charlotte Fans, Today I have a Brazilian themed updates and news for you. Firstly, Leonardo from Brazil sent me a link to a screensaver that is exclusive to Sony's Brazilian site until now. I have posted it on the Screensavers Download site for those of you that live outside of Brazil and thus wouldn't have been able to get this great download easily. Also while I was browsing through some of the information on Sony Brazil , I saw that Tormento D'Amore is indeed featured on both "Voice of an Angel" and "Charlotte Church" indicating its immense popularity. For those of you outside of Brazil I suggest you check out Tormento D'Amore in the Musical Downloads as it is one of Charlotte's best efforts. Next, I have the final word on Charlotte's appearance Friday on Regis and Kathy Lee, it will indeed be a rerun as has been confirmed to me by several sources.  As for the rest of the week and on to the weekend it looks to be immensely busy for me as I'll be receiving some pics of Charlotte on Dutch TV as well as continue to work on the upcoming features. My to do list is now only down to 2 pages but there is still a whole lot of things that I had scheduled for this week that have yet to come out so stay patient and come back soon. I'll see you either tomorrow or on Friday as I'll be preparing for yet another Physics exam tonight.  Peace be with you.- Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, well I have an unexpected update for everyone tonight thanks to Adam of Team UK and geocities.com/charlottechurch he sent in some great pics of Charlotte on "Blue Peter" a UK show that aired last year. Although these are a little dated the quality is excellent and they are great to look at nonetheless. Check them out in the Television Picture Archive.  While I've got you here I'm pleased to say that the new counter is working well and during my own testing on both a 56k and a Fibre Optic connection the site is over 30 to 60% faster in Netscape, averaging 34 seconds through 56k and 1.35 seconds over Fibre Optic Modem. I'm still working on some of the items I mentioned yesterday and I'm looking into whether or not this Friday's appearance by Charlotte on Regis and Kathy Lee is indeed a repeat or not as it has been brought to my attention that it is possibly the latter. Thanks for coming today and look for more updates as the week progresses. Best Wishes!  - Mark

Good Day Charlotte Fans, sorry for my absence yesterday, I wasn't feeling real well so I decided to get to sleep before 12 for a change.  Today I'm back though with some news and a little update. First on to the news, Charlotte will be on American Television this Friday on the Regis and Kathy Lee show, read more at the Current Media Events Page. Next I have some announcements to make regarding new additions to the site. Firstly, we have two new staff members , Stephen joins us from England to join team U.K. Stephen was one of my original readers back at my old site so its great to have him with us. Dave joins us from California, to be a part of Team U.S.A. Dave provides us will all the Television research so I always know where and when Charlotte will be on T.V. at least in the U.S. anyways.  I'm also pleased to announce that we now have a Brazilian Affiliate courtesy of Team South America leader Clarissa. Clarissa's page is an excellent addition to our Affiliate Network  and we will be sharing our diverse content with you all in the future.  Now on to tonight's update....A new set of pics for you all. If you live in the States you probably saw Charlotte on the CBS Christmas special "And So This Is Christmas" well for all my international viewers as well as those who missed the show , Steve of Team USA has be so kind to send me some great pics of the show that aired back in December.  Charlotte sang "Silent Night" then did a little composition with Celine Dion and Gloria Estefan. You can see these along with all the other recently added Television Pictures in the Television Photos Section. I have also added a new counter system for the page, the old one was run by TheCounter.com but unfortunately that counter couldn't keep up with the demands of a page like this so I have replaced it with a new one that runs on the server here so it should be much faster. This will solve the problem that Netscape users have had about disgustingly long download times since you wont have to wait 3 min for the counter to timeout anymore.  Speaking of stats I have noticed that our activity has increased greatly and now we average a visit every 2 minutes! I continue to welcome the many Brazilian visitors which have recently been the most active visitors here. This week I hope to have some special articles including the "Charlotte FAQ"  a new "Spotlight on Wales" and if I find the time, a behind the scenes look at CharlotteChurch.net. I also continue to work on the new Art Gallery which I hope will go public this weekend.  I continued to be backlogged on the E-mail front so expect a 2 day wait on any message. Finally I must say WOW! regarding the poll. This is certainly good news for Charlotte as it seems that many of you will be third time buyers of Charlotte's album when its released. I'm sure Sony is interested in data like this and we'll be glad to provide it to them so if you really really would like to show your support for Charlotte vote on the poll I'd like to see over 100 votes like we had for the last poll. Well that's it for today friends, I should be back either tomorrow or later in the week to update you some more but until then peace be with you.   - Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, Its the beginning of a new week and you know what that means...new Features of the week. Lets start off with our new Weekly Feature, Charlotte's Storybook Chapter II "Rise of an Angel". This is the second installment of Joe's Biography of an Angel series. As Always the chapter is full of video clips and interesting pictures so its a must see! Next up are the Features of the Week, those being the Media Picture of the Week and the Media Feature of the Week. Go to the media features section to see those.  I'd like to tell our UK viewers that Charlotte will be on ITV on April 2nd to view more details about this appearance visit the Media Events Page. Next up is yet another addition to our ever growing staff, this time it's me honour and pleasure to welcome Hannah from England who will be joining Team UK. I have been working with Hannah during the past few weeks and she will also be joining the moderator team on the newly updated Charlottechruch.net forums. The site has been awfully busy the past few days and I have had so many e-mails cross my desk so please if you have sent me anything don't be alarmed if I can't get back with you the same day. It's becoming increasingly hard to get all the e-mails answered especially on the busiest day of the week Sunday. Finally I've setup a new poll for everyone to vote for. I was glad to see so many participate in the last poll. It seems that most of you did not want to see Charlotte become a singing and dancing act and I'd have to agree with you there.  The good thing about these polls are that they give us valuable data about your opinions and who knows we might even want to share this data with Sony or ever Charlotte someday so please vote and have your voice heard! - Mark

Good Day Charlotte Fans, Today I will fill you in on some of the changes that have been occurring behind the scenes here before I get on to what to look for this weekend. Firstly, I have to announce the addition of two more staff members to the site as well as a correction concerning a staff member that was added on Thursday. The new members that will be joining the site are, Ylva who will be heading up Team Sweden and Roeland who will be leading Team Belgium. This brings our total staff to 21! I'm so glad to be working with such great people on this site and I believe out great staff of "Charlotte Agents" is what has helped us grow so quickly. I also have to apologize for incorrectly saying that Jason was joining Team USA when in fact he is joining Team Canada. Sorry for the mistake. I also am pleased to announce that we now have a sister site in Japan run by Saorin.  You can see our compete affiliate network from the new pull down menu that I programmed yesterday.  We also will announce our Brazilian affiliate soon thanks to Clarrisa leader of Team Brazil. In other news, yesterday was one of the busiest days here at Charlotte Church .net , although our stats server has been down due to an upgrade the logs show approximately 2 to 3 thousand visits, which is quite a lot for us. I'd like to welcome all the Brazilian viewers who have been joining us everyday. I have been noticing that Brazil has been growing the fastest in terms of viewership and that's great especially considering Charlotte's recent visit there. This weekend expect a new Weekly Feature that will either be the next installment in the Charlotte Story Book series or a new feature that I have been working on with Jason of Team USA called the "Charlotte FAQ". Also look for me to start on the new Charlotte Arts Gallery featuring some of the best artistic and literary sketches focused on Charlotte in the world. That's just a little sample of what I'm working on.  Until then take a look at the extensive update on Thursday since there was a lot of interesting content added.  Thanks for your visits and continued e-mails fans, you are the driving force behind our continued successes. Look for my update tomorrow and have a great day!  - Mark

Hello again Charlotte Fans, I will start out today by saying thank you to all the fans who wrote to me to wish me a Happy Birthday, you are all so kind.  I've been working many hours on the site but unless you use the Netscape browser you probably haven't seen the fruits of this labour. There has been a bug with the site that caused it to look really horrible with Netscape but I'm pleased to say after 4 hours of reconstructing this page from hand last night it's 100 % on both browser platforms. I feel so bad for having released the site in that condition but I never had Netscape on my computer so I would of never found out if it wasn't for Joe who installed Netscape at the headquarters. Now that that's finally resolved I had sometime to post several updates for you today. Firstly I'd like to welcome three new members to the Charlottechurch.net Team. Claude joins us from South Africa where he will head up the Team South Africa in hopes that Charlotte Church activity starts to increase down there.  Lourdes and Jason will be joining Team USA where they will be heading up a new artistic effort here.  I'll be working with them to build a place where aspiring artists can display their Charlotte related Artwork. We will be looking for contributions once this is finished in both the Visual and Literary genres. Both Lourdes and Jason are fabulous artists and I'm sure their work will put a smile on your face as it did for me.  Next I have received a translation of the news story on Sony Europe regarding Charlotte's Trip to Sweden. I had my new Swedish Translator Ylva, do this for me so go check it out in the Current News Section.  Next we have three updates in the Pictures Section! The first one comes to us from Team USA member Steve who has sent me some really beautiful pics of Charlotte at Fords Theatre during her trip to Washington D.C. last year.  The second update comes from Dave who has scanned in a incredible article from Classic FM Magazine. This article is one of the best yet so I'll be converting it from pictures to a full feature presentation so that it will be easier to read. Right now though go look at the wonderful pics from the article.  The final update to the pics section comes from myself (Yeah, I do find stuff occasionally :) it's a pic of my autographed CD cover. This should of been placed on earlier but I never got around to it. Finally I have to tell you that our Forums have been updated with the full version of Ultimate BB.  The full version will allow us to have moderators as well as give the moderators the ability to delete threads. If you are interested in being a moderator send me an e-mail. I'd like to thank Joe for once again writing the big checks so this site can be world class. Phew! Thats a lot of stuff we covered, probably the biggest update yet. So please go check out all these new items/features that I've added today. I'll probably be back on Saturday to update you all as I have a big physics test tonight and I wont be able to stay up till 3:00 am like I normally do to work on the site. Never fear though, the best is yet to come! Peace be with you.   - Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, Well it's amazing what one day off can do for you. I feel much more refreshed and rejuvenated. That was a long stretch of updates almost 2 weeks straight so I enjoyed the night off even though I did get a little work done on the German Site. Today is special to me for three reasons. Firstly, its been a month since this site was started , Secondly, its also been a month since Charlotte had her birthday and Finally because today is my birthday. I can't believe how much the site has grown since we launched last month. We still haven't even scratched the surface of what this site can achieve and it's my sincere honor to serve as your guide along this journey. Let's move on to the updates shall we? Firstly, I've updated the Magazine Picture and News Story Archives to incorporate some loose content that wasn't previously categorized on the site. This is the beginning of what I hope will be a very productive week in regard to these two sections. The next update I have for you is really more of a feature. It's called the Charlottechurch.net Digest. It's simply a easier way of accessing the site news column that I write almost every day. In the digest you'll find all the previous site updates in an easy to find format. Try the link below to visit the Digest section. Finally, I've tied up some loose ends and errors that have been hanging around the site.  Tomorrow I hope to introduce you to some new members of the staff along with some new pics that my friend Steve has promised me for my birthday.  Thanks for coming friends and I hope to see you tomorrow. In Peace, - Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, Wow! What a busy day it was yesterday! Charlotte's Appearance on NBC's Later Today was spectacular as I had hoped and I hope all of you in the states got to see it. If you didn't or even if you did , your in for a real treat. Today I bring you a special article about the NBC Later Today Show appearance compete with over 20 pics and a video of Charlotte singing "Danny Boy". Almost the entire staff of Team USA came together to bring you this. I'd especially like to thank Steve, Joe, and Chuck for running their VCR's in spite of such short notice. I finally got mine working but I ended up not needing it since I woke up early enough to watch the entire show, quite amazing considering I was up till 4:00 am working on the site the night before. Anyways you can find this interesting article along with several others written by the staff at Charlottechurch.net in the Features section. The week ahead promises to be hectic for me as I'll be returning to school on Tuesday which coincidentally also happens to be my birthday.  I will be working to bring you a new section here at Charlottechurch.net , this section will contain some of the lovely pieces of Charlotte artwork that have been created by our extremely talented viewers and staff. Also included in this section will be special literary compositions that focus on Charlotte.  If you have a piece of art , literary or visual please send it to me and I'll be sure to feature you in our gallery. Finally I've also updated the current news and media events to reflect the schedule for Charlotte at least until the end of the week. That will do it from here, I need to desperately catch some sleep but I hope to see you all again shortly. Peace be with you. - Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, I hope you all got to view Charlotte's concert in Brazil last night. It was absolutely brilliant. If you missed it, Sony Brazil broadcasted it over the web live. I don't know if they will do a replay of it but here's the link to the streaming video and audio, try it out just in case they put it up again.  She sang her Brazilian favourite, Tormento D'Amore, as well as her usual concert selections to an adoring crowd.  As for today's updates I have posted updates to the news and media appearances sections. The news page has a link to a small video clip of Charlotte saying hello to her Brazilian fans so check it out. If you visit the media appearances page you will see that on March 17th Charlotte is scheduled to appear on NBC's Later Today Show. I got this information from NBC in New York so consider it to be good. However I know many of you were disappointed when she wasn't on in February. Hopefully this is for real. As always we'll have pics and possibly even a video of the show for those not in America who wont be able to see the show. I'm also working on a computer wallpaper pack for the site so you can have Charlotte on your desktop all day long. Ok that sounds like a plan, I'll be back tomorrow hopefully with some nice caps of Charlotte on Later Today and I'll keep you updated on that wallpaper pack. Have a wonderful day! - Mark

Hello my fellow Charlotte Fans, Today I have a small but interesting update for you. My good friend Jake from Team Australia has finally sent me pictures of Charlotte's appearance at the Borders in Melbourne. These are excellent so check them out here you can also check out the rest of the feature if you missed it last week here.  That's probably going to be the last update to that great feature story so I'd like to take this time to say thanks to Jake, Andrea and Borders for making it possible. In other news I successifuly contacted NEXiT , the creators of the "Pie Jesu Remix" and they agreed to send me a super high quality MP3 of it for the site.  Look for that towards the end of the week. If you haven't yet listened to the new rare clips archive I suggest you do so by visiting the Musical Downloads Page. So far the results from the poll are interesting with most of you having tons of Charlotte merchandise, which is great for both you and Charlotte. Finally it has been brought to my attention that some of you may be experiencing problems with abnormal display of this site on the Netscape Navigator browser. I'm currently looking into fixing some of these problems but I strongly suggest that you switch to Internet Explorer as it has many more advanced features that allow this site to be displayed to its fullest. Ok Friends, that's about it for today. I've been spending a great deal of my time answering your e-mail's so keep them coming. I'll chat again with you all tomorrow. Until then, best wishes. - Mark

Good Day Charlotte Fans, In today's update I have yet another rare Charlotte music clip that I believe many of you haven't yet heard. Its the NEXiS Remix of "Pie Jesu" and you can find it in the Musical Downloads section. I have contacted NEXiS about sending us a better sample and some more info about their music so we'll see how that comes along. Next I have updated the Poll for this week so cast your vote! I also have updated the news with an interesting story about Charlotte now being the UK's youngest millionaire. Great news for Charlotte indeed! Also many of you have e-mailed me with problems you have been having with viewing multimedia clips. Well in an attempt to solve these I have placed special links on the Musical Downloads as well as on the Storybook homepages to software updates that should allow you to play the clips with no problems. As always if you need help please e-mail me. I need to get to bed now since its 3:22 in the morning but I hope you have a wonderful day and please check out some of the recent updates. Thanks for visiting and best wishes.  - Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, I hope today's large update will put a little smile on your face on this start of a new work week. Without further ado lets get to the updates. Firstly, we have a new feature of the week and this week it's Charlotte's Storybook Chapter 1: Birth of an Angel. This is an excellent multimedia presentation that Joe has been working on for the past couple of weeks. Its complete with several video clips and a picture gallery all highlighting the beginning of Charlotte's career. The second update I have for you is the new Weekly Features as always there's an interesting pic and story there for you to see, I hope you like it, by the way the media picture of the week is one brought back by popular demand so check it out. Finally, I have something that a lot of you have been anxiously awaiting, that is Charlotte's Brazilian Single Tormento D'Armor. You can listen to this absolutely beautiful song by going to the musical downloads section. Make sure you have your MP3 player working because its in MP3 format. If you need help getting this to work e-mail me. Look for another rare Charlotte song later this week. Thats pretty much it for today, there are a lot of items in this update so I encourage you to check them out. I thank you for your visit and I wish you a happy monday! - Mark

Bonjour Charlotte Fans, I've finally finished the upgrade to my computer. It took the better part of yesterday so I wasn't even able to get online . Today, I'll be working on the next weekly features as well as some special downloads for you that will show up this week. I have had a chance to listen to Tormento D'amore which is Charlotte's special Brazilian Single. I have to say its one of her best, its a duet but nevertheless its simply brilliant.  I also had a chance to listen to a Techno remix of PieJesu which as you probably can tell sounds quite interesting.  I hope to have small clips of these later this week so you can listen to them.  I'm also going to recompile the search engine because I now have a months worth of  query data so I'll be able to construct a more relevant and useful search for everyone. So far the two most searched items are "Concert Dates in the US" and "Charlotte's Boyfriend" both of which have no pages linked to them on this site but I did find some search query's that were indeed useful and I'll be adding those this week. I still encourage everyone to join the Forum because we are trying to build a thriving community here and every single person has a unique and interesting opinion. Well usually anyways :) Ok, friends I'll be dropping by later today to update the weekly features but until then take a peak at the newly added editions in the news archive. I added over 17 on Friday so that should keep you busy for a while. Have a blessed day!- Mark

Hello again fellow Charlotte Fans, Today I have just completed the largest update ever here at Charlottechurch.net. For Starters I have a little Charlotte news to report, On Wednesday Charlote was added to the Welsh Walk of Fame in Cardiff. This is similar to the Hollywood Walk of Fame here in the states without the hype, I reckon. You can read all about this story along with a pic of Charlotte being inducted here! Secondly, it appears that Charlotte will be off to Brazil next on her neverending promotional tour. Keep checking the news page for a solid date. Now on to the other updates, I have added yet another article to the feature on Charlotte's trip to Australia and Asia. You can read this cool little story about her birthday party here. Finally, I have added over 17 new articles to the News Archive. These articles, provided by TotalWales are simply among the best that I have ever read. I have been waiting a long time to add these but now you can see them here for your viewing pleasure.  These are a MUST READ for any Charlotte fan, I guarantee you will learn something. After you become enlightened from reading those brilliant articles head over to our Forums and discuss what you have learned or what you think about them. I'll be working all day today as well to get even more articles added for you as well as prepare the new feature of the week for publishing. I also will be doing a processor and motherboard upgrade to my machine here at home so it will prove to be an interesting day. I wish you all the very best, enjoy the updates!- Mark

Hello Charlotte Fans, I'm very pleased to announce that I have finally completed my exams. Not only did I finish them but I received all A's so I'm quite pleased considering that this site has taken up so much of my school time. Now that I'm done with exams I have the next week off to work on nothing but the site so I hope to get a lot accomplished. Today I have several new updates, Firstly you might have noticed the new poll script at the top of the page. I plan to use this for a different poll each week about Charlotte. This weeks poll is mainly a test so please click on it so I can gauge how well it is working. Secondly, I have yet another article to add to the feature on Charlotte's Trip to Australia and Japan. Jake has provided this one yet again. Its complete with a story and a great picture so check it out here! Next I have added the little Charlotte Church .net Affiliate Network Icon above. If you click on that you will see the list of sites that are currently on the network. Of course we are still accepting entries so if you have a great site an are interested in joining please contact me. Finally if you click on e-mail us under about we now have the address of our USA headquarters listed for those interested in sending snail mail:) That pretty much does it for today, I'll be working on a long overdue update on the News Archive next so look out for that. Next week me and Joe have a special feature for you so be on the look out for that as well. Until then have a blessed day! - Mark

Hello Friends, today I bring you several updates and some new news on Charlotte. Starting with the news, Sony reports that Charlotte is now currently in Stockholm, Sweden for yet another promotional tour. She arrived on Monday the 6th, she will leave on the 8th. As always the latest news can be found in the news section. On to today's updates.. I've added a brilliant interview from MTV Asia to the weekly feature on Charlotte's trip to Asia. Its a great read along with some great pics, check it out here! I have also added the first in a series of segments entitled "Spotlight on Wales" I hope to bring you a different viewpoint at least once a month on Charlotte's homeland Wales and its people, geography, and culture. You can view the first part of this ongoing series here. I'm also working with my Canadian agents on securing some video interviews from Charlotte's tour of Canada at the beginning of February so stay tuned for those. Finally Joe has been working hard on the next special addition to the site called "Charlotte's Story Book" this will be the first interactive biography written about Charlotte on the internet. Until Charlotte releases her own autobiography later this year, Charlotte's Story Book will be the best place to learn about the brilliant life and career of our beloved Charlotte. Stay tuned for this and other features as the week unfolds. I wish you all a wonderful day and I hope to see you back here very soon. Best Wishes. - Mark

Hello fellow Charlotte Fans! Today I have done a complete update to the site. There are new features of the week along with a really special feature on Charlotte's February Tour. I have also had the pleasure of e-mailing all the other Charlotte Church website owners out there about joining the Charlotte Church Affiliate Network. I'm pleased to tell you that Lourdes Alea  and Simon have become our first official affiliates to the site. You can check out Lourdes page here and Simon's Page here. I hope to announce many more affiliates in the coming days so stay tuned. You may also have noticed that I have redone this page so that it isn't so long anymore so it should be a little more printer friendly. Finally we are now listed on Yahoo so I cant wait to see the kind of traffic that this generates. Stay tuned as always my friends for more updates in the coming days, I hope to have an exciting week planned out for everybody so keep coming back early and often. Best Wishes! - Mark

Hello again Friends, Sorry for my absence the past few days, I have been stuck in the middle of exams week at school so any kind of updates were impossible. I will have the next 2 weeks pretty much to myself so look for the big push of updates to be in the coming weeks. Tonight I have updated the MIDI collection with three outstanding compositions by my friend Daza, Welsh Team Leader.  We are still working very hard on getting you a special feature on Charlotte's appeareance in Australia. Currently we are waiting on some pictures to be scanned and then I'll post this interesting feature for you all to see. Earlier in the week I announced the creation of the Charlotte Church .net Affiliate Network, well next week I hope to have the first couple of new sites added to this network. Hopefully this will greatly increase the level of interaction between all the sites and allow the sharing of information between us all.

In other news, from everything that I have read Charlotte should be at the Brit Awards tonight, but I was recently passed an article that said that the Classical Brit awards will be held later in the year. Still if you live in England it will be worth your while to watch the Brit Awards just incase Charlotte is a presenter.

Finally, before I leave you for today, I must announce the two new additions to the staff here at Charlottechurch.net. Clarissa joins us from Brazil to head up Team South America, and Charles joins us from California, USA to round out Team USA. I know that these two individuals will be a great asset to the site and have proven their worth already. This is just a continuing sign of our growth and commitment to serving you the Charlotte Church Fans.  I'll be back late tonight with several updates in the news and picture archives so stay tuned and thanks for you patience. Best Wishes, - Mark
