As things
have been quiet over the past few weeks we have taken
the opportunity to revisit our
Discography microsite.
We've included a number of rare promotional CDs and
added some neat touches to some of the existing items.
If anyone has any CDs, Videos etc. that aren't already
featured in our Discography, why not send scans of the
cover into us and we will include them!
Next up, we have news of a
special guest appearance by Charlotte on the Peter
Karrie and Friends tour, currently doing the rounds in
UK theatres. Charlotte's appearance is in Swansea,
Wales on the 17th of September. A number of familiar
names from our site and forums are planning to attend
the show so it would be great to see anyone there who
can come along for the evening. For further details
please see our
special feature or check out the latest
discussions on the event in our
Forum thread. For vintage
footage of Charlotte singing with Peter, please see
our coverage of this 1998
TV appearance!
We also have a TV alert for a show called 'The Kids
Are Alright'. The programme airs on BBC1 at 23:15 on
the 29th August and is billed as being 'a documentary
on child pop stars'. Charlotte is listed as one of the
stars. We know very little about the show at the time
of writing this update but, providing it avoids the
tabloid journalism trap, we hope to bring you coverage
on the days that follow.
We are starting to see news of
a DVD release for Charlotte's movie debut "I'll Be
There". The current date being suggested for the UK is
13th October 2003 but please note that DVD release
dates, just like the theatrical releases themselves,
are notorious for being amended at the last minute.
Still, this is great news and is certainly something
to look forward to. Please check our
Charlotte News and
I'll Be There movie microsite,
where we will post updates on this exciting
development as and when we receive it.
Finally, we have updated our
Visual Arts Gallery with
some new contributions by Jamie.
Until next time, thank you.
