(View) =Notes= Its been rather quiet around here for the past few weeks - at least, that's what you might have thought from our lack of updates. Although there is very little Charlotte News at the moment, we couldn't have been busier behind the scenes. We are taking advantage of the quiet patch to undertake a major upgrade - for both the forums and the site itself. We are in the process of moving both site and forums to a brand new ISP. The move will free us from our 'bandwidth issues' which have resulted in us regularly having to disable the ever popular video downloads. The site should also be more reliable and faster once the move is complete. We will bring you more information about our new service soon. In the meantime, we would like to take the opportunity to thank Fred for all the generous assistance he has given us over the past 18 months. Our forum members will be aware that we had problems with the forums a few weeks ago and we are currently running from a temporary database. In order to restore our familiar database it may be necessary for some 'downtime' over the next week or so. Please bear with us - the immediate inconvenience will be well worth it in the long run. Please keep an eye on the forums so we can give you a more up-to-the-minute warning prior to the outage. And so onto the latest Charlotte News: Last time round we reported on the Ian Botham Charity Walk for the Noah's Ark Appeal. Please take another look at our 2003 walk feature as we have a few more media articles to share with you. Media reports suggest that documentary film-maker Chris Terrill has been following Charlotte for the past six months for a programme to be aired shortly after her 18th birthday. Check out our Charlotte News page for further details. The DVD release of IBT is getting ever closer. The current dates to look forward to are January 24th in the US and February 2nd/9th in the UK. Please visit our I'll Be There movie microsite for a complete roundup of everything connected with the movie. Eagle-eyed UK fans may also have noticed a number of special cinema screenings recently.
