=Notes=
Catching up with last
weekend, we have two interviews. First, we have the
'Value
Judgements'
interview broadcast on BBC Radio Wales (Sunday, June
19th). This is one of the most comprehensive
interviews you are likely to hear from Charlotte
this year. Later the same day
Hit40UK
ran their own more conventional interview.
Charlotte has continued with the hectic roadshow
tour of the UK these past two weekends. On Sunday,
June 19th, Charlotte performed in
Cardiff
and Swansea. This weekend it was the turn of Milton
Keynes and Nottingham on Saturday and
Glasgow
on Sunday. At each venue, Charlotte showcased tracks
from the forthcoming album including of course, the
new single 'Crazy Chick'.
Charlotte was featured twice on Saturday's
CD:UK (June
25th) with a live performance of 'Crazy Chick' and a
fun spot called 'What's Up Pop'. In the second
segment, Charlotte played the role of agony aunt to
members of the audience and public!
Talking of 'Crazy Chick', the UK release date is
finally upon us (Monday, June 27th). This is going
to be a very exciting week for Charlotte and all her
fans. The single has generated such a positive vibe
from the media and the public that, we are sure it
is going to be a massive hit. Can't wait to hear how
high it enters the chart when the countdown is
played next Sunday (BBC Radio 1, 16:00 - 19:00). If
you can't make it into a UK music store this week,
be sure to check out the
'Buy'
page of our
Tissues and Issues
microsite for details of how to order on-line.
This Tuesday (June 28th), Charlotte will be making a
guest appearance on a new lunchtime show for ITV1
called 'Nigella'. The show is being recorded for
transmission in July and audience tickets are still
available at
www.tvrecordings.com or by calling 0207 598
7279. Charlotte's fans can get Priority tickets if
they quote "Charlotte Church" when they make their
booking or by emailing comments@tvrecordings once
they have booked their tickets.
The
Promo page
of our Tissues and Issues microsite is the place for
news of Charlotte's forthcoming promotional
activity. We recommend you check back regularly as
details are being added all the time and, some dates
get moved around.
Charlotte's official website
www.charlottechurch.com
has recently been re-launched. There is plenty to
see and do; from news and galleries to appearance
schedules and forums. We particularly recommend that
everyone signs up for the Charlotte Church
newsletter where, in the current edition, there is
an exclusive interview and, a chance for you and a
friend to win lunch with Charlotte!
"Tissues and Issues" is released in the UK on July
11.
The first single from the album - "Crazy Chick" - is
in the shops now.
Until next time, thank you.

Last weekend was another very busy time for

(Interview and 'Crazy Chick' performance).
On top of all that, there was also a cover feature /
interview for the Telegraph newspaper's

Smash Hits brought another cover feature /

After a few days in New Zealand (!), Charlotte was
back on our screens again this Friday in the
TRL
studios. Over the weekend there has been a very
special interview for Radio Wales (feature to follow
shortly) and live performances in Swansea and
Cardiff. To close the weekend we also heard a radio
interview on Hit40UK (feature to follow).

We start this update with the very exciting news of
an exclusive interview with Charlotte. On June 9th
DutchMark and UKMark met Charlotte in the London
office of her record company. The interview was
recorded and is presented in our special
feature
for Charlotte's fans to view. We hope you enjoy the
interview as much as we did in taking part.
Later the same day, Charlotte headed for BBC
Television Centre to record 'Friday Night with
Jonathan Ross'. Charlotte gave an extensive
interview and a live performance of 'Crazy Chick'.
Not surprisingly, the show was aired the next night
(Friday!) on BBC1. Our
feature
includes video and captures of the interview and
performance.
This weekend has also seen Charlotte appear on CD:UK
(Spotlight feature), Dermot O'Leary (Radio
Interview), and T4 (Interview and 'Crazy Chick'
performance). On top of all that, there was also a
cover feature / interview for the Telegraph
newspaper's magazine supplement! Features for all
these will appear shortly.
