Several
live dates have been added for late
August and early September as Charlotte
starts to promote the forthcoming single
'Call My Name'. Full details can be
found on the Promo page
of our 'Tissues and Issues'
microsite.
Meantime, 'Crazy Chick' continues to
shine, last week knocking up a 7th week
in the top 20 of the Official UK Singles
Chart and still riding high in the
airplay charts. 'Tissues and Issues' has
already been certified 'Gold' for sales
in excess of 100,000 in the UK. The
excitement surrounding the release of
'Call My Name' will add to the album
sales no end.

We
are in the middle of a quiet patch -
between the hectic couple of months that
led up to the release of 'Crazy Chick' /
'Tissues and Issues' and the forthcoming
promotion of the second single 'Call My
Name'.
The debut positions of 'Crazy Chick'
(number 2) and 'Tissues and Issues'
(number 5) on the singles and albums
sales charts rather overshadowed the
media's love of Charlotte's new
material. 'Crazy Chick' spent an
incredible 3 weeks at number 1 on the
Official UK Radio Airplay Chart (chart
week endings 9th, 16th and 23rd July)
and last week dropped just one position.
The single had a similar reception from
the music TV channels, peaking at number
1 on both MTV and The Box.
'Call My Name' is due for a September
26th release and Charlotte is currently
working on the promo video. The
forums of CharlotteChurch.com
are asking fans what they would like to
see on the B-side of the single. You can
have your say here.
A couple of live road-show dates have
been announced for August. On the 14th
Charlotte heads to Plymouth Hoe for 'The
Big Gig'. On the 28th Charlotte will be
appearing at Oxford's South Park for
Party In The Park. See the
