Charlotte's
schedule update
(View)
=Notes=
September
26th sees the release of 'Call My Name',
the second single to be taken from
Charlotte's 'Tissues and Issues' album.
The single is already riding high on the
airplay charts on both radio and TV - we
will bring you all the statistics in the
next update.
Three versions of the single are
available with two CDs and one on
12" vinyl. Each version contains
either different mixes of 'Call My Name'
and/or exclusive tracks not found on the
album. Our 'Tissues and Issues' buy
page has a few examples of where to buy
online if you can't make it into a
record store this week.
Last Saturday Charlotte appeared on
ITV1's CD:UK
with a live performance of 'Call My
Name'. That was followed on Sunday by Avenue
of the Stars,
a celebration of 50 years of ITV. On
this show Charlotte sang 'Call My Name'
and appeared in a sketch with Miss
Piggy! We have video and captures from
both appearances.
This has been another busy week for
Charlotte as she travelled back and
forth from Cardiff to London for a
number of media appearances. First up
was the Chris
Moyles Breakfast Show
on Radio 1, Wednesday. Charlotte spent
over an hour in the studio with Chris
and the team and it is well worth a
listen. The same day, Charlotte dropped
in for a chat with Scott Mills, also on
Radio 1.
On Thursday it was another early start
as Charlotte appeared on
GMTV for an
interview and performance of 'Call My
Name'. On Saturday it was the turn of
Jonathan Ross to play host on his Radio
2 show. Later that day (much later!)
Charlotte played a live set at G-A-Y
from London's Astoria.
The Promo
page of our 'Tissues and Issues'
microsite is the best place to keep
up-to-date with all of Charlotte's forthcoming appearances on
TV and Radio, in magazines and live
performances. The pages will be updated
as and when we receive further details.
If you haven't already done so, we
recommend signing
up
for the Charlotte
Church newsletter for the latest news
and competitions run in conjunction with
CharlotteChurch.com.
'Tissues and Issues' is in stores now.
'Call My Name' is in
stores now.
Until next time,
thank you.

=Notes=
In
the run up to the release of 'Call My
Name' (September 26th), Charlotte has
been busy appearing on several TV shows.
The first live TV performance of 'Call
My Name' was on Top
of the Pops
on September 4th. A couple of days later
and Charlotte had an early start,
appearing on the BBC's Breakfast
programme for an interview with the
presenters.
Last Monday, Charlotte was a guest on The
Paul O'Grady Show.
This is apparently one of Charlotte's
favourite chat shows and she certainly
seemed to have a lot of fun with Paul.
We have video and captures from all of
these shows.
The next few weeks are going to be even
busier. We have a full list of
Charlotte's public appearances (TV,
Radio, live) on our Promo
page.
For starters, Charlotte is appearing on
'Avenue of the Stars', on ITV1 tonight.
We hope to bring you features on this
and yesterday's appearance on CD:UK very
soon.
Just like the first single 'Crazy
Chick', the promo video for 'Call My
Name' is riding high on the Music TV
channels. If you haven't already seen
the video, you can find it on
Charlotte's official website here.
We have a selection of captures from the
video here.
As
hinted above, the Promo
page of our 'Tissues and Issues'
microsite is the best place to keep
up-to-date with all of Charlotte's forthcoming appearances on
TV and Radio, in magazines and live
performances. The pages will be updated
as and when we receive further details.

'Tissues and Issues' is in stores now.
'Call My Name' is out September 26th.
Until next time,
thank you.

After
a relatively quiet spell, things have
started to pick up as the release of
'Call My Name' approaches later this
month. An exclusive edition of the promo
video for the single was released on
August 26 to mobile phone users on the
'3' network. This was followed two
days later with the regular video
getting a TV premiere on ITV1's CD:UK.
We have a selection of captures from the
video here.
More recently, CharlotteChurch.com
released the video for viewing from
their music
page.
If you haven't seen the video yet, be
sure to take a look - it is set to head
straight to the top of the music TV
playlists.
Charlotte is featured
on the cover of the October edition of
Marie Claire. The magazine includes a
new photo-shoot and major interview with
Charlotte so, well worth buying a copy.
