A
second single and a second top 10 hit
for Charlotte from her 'Tissues and
Issues' album. Congratulations
Charlotte! Just minutes after the chart
rundown on Radio 1, Charlotte was
appearing on Top
of the Pops
to perform 'Call My Name'. The single
has been another success with Radio and
the music TV channels, still climbing on
a number of their airplay charts.
In the week of the single's release,
Charlotte made her second appearance of
2005 on ITV1's This
Morning
daytime magazine show.
The big TV event of October
has to be Confessions
of a Teen Angel;
Chris Terrill's second documentary on
Charlotte. The
'fly-on-the-wall' documentary
presents a fascinating insight into the
months leading up to the release of the
first two singles from 'Tissues and
Issues'.
We see Charlotte as she prepares for
several promotional appearances,
behind-the-scenes access to the video
shoots and the balancing act of her
private and public lives. The
documentary shows that life in the
celebrity spotlight is no easy ride,
especially with all the attention
Charlotte receives from the media.
ITV2's Confessions
of a Teen Angel
claimed the highest audience share of
all the UK multi-channels at the time of
broadcast. If you haven't seen it yet,
it comes highly recommended.
Several magazine interviews /
photo-shoots have been released
recently. The two nationals B
magazine
and Guardian
Weekend magazine
are joined by a number of regional
magazines in our Cover
Girl
pages.
'Even God' will be the 3rd single
lifted from 'Tissues and Issues'. The
single will be in UK stores from
December 5th. The
confirmation follows weeks of
speculation by the media and on-line
communities, fuelled no doubt by the
fact that the album is packed with so
many potential hits. ...updated
