UK
Tour - Reaction so far in the concert

=Notes=
Charlotte
has just completed
her UK tour,
going down a storm in Glasgow, London
and Cardiff to near capacity crowds.
From the fan reviews already in and from
our own experiences, these gigs were a
runaway success. From the moment
Charlotte appeared on stage she
captivated the very varied audience and
they were soon dancing in the aisles and
singing along to their favourite songs.
The
set consisted of 9 tracks from the Tissues
and Issues album and covers of 6 of
Charlotte's favourite songs. From 'Call My
Name' to 'Even God', from 'Ain't Nobody' to
'The Man With The Child In His Eyes' every
song was injected with emotion, energy and
raw talent that only a handful of performers
can nail. The support act New
Druids
were a perfect choice to kick off the
proceedings. A big 10 out of 10 all round.
Our concert
forums
are already buzzing with reaction and photos
from the concert so, please keep posting
your thoughts. We would also like to publish
any stories or reviews from your experiences
in our forthcoming concert feature within
the main site. Please send any material you
would like included to webmaster@charlottechurch.net
Much more about the tour very soon.
The Promo
page of our 'Tissues and Issues'
microsite is the best place to keep
up-to-date with all of Charlotte's forthcoming appearances on
TV and Radio, in magazines and live
performances.
If you haven't already done so, we
recommend signing
up
for the Charlotte
Church newsletter for the latest news
and competitions run in conjunction with
CharlotteChurch.com.
'Tissues and Issues' is in stores now.
Until next time,
thank you.

- Charlotte's
April Tour - this
week!
-
Paul
O'Grady
(View)
=Notes=
This
is the week that Charlotte takes her
band on the road for her first UK tour.
First stop is Glasgow on April 18th
where she will be appearing at the Clyde
Auditorium. Charlotte
returns to the Shepherds Bush Empire,
London on the 20th and closes the tour
in her home town, appearing at St
David's Hall on the 21st. The concerts
will be the first chance for fans across
the country to see Charlotte live,
performing material from 'Tissues and
Issues', and a few of her favourite
covers. Just a handful of tickets
remain at each venue so, don't miss what
may be the only opportunity this year to
see Charlotte live.
If any fans would like to send us a
story about their experiences at the
concert(s), we will be happy to include
them in our forthcoming feature - watch
this space!
Charlotte
made a guest appearance on The
New Paul O'Grady Show
on April 3rd. The 'New' in the title
reflecting the fact that Paul has
recently jumped channels from ITV1 to
Channel 4. Charlotte appeared on Paul's
old show a number of times in 2005 and
she is often quoted for saying it is one
of her favourites. No surprise then that
she was invited onto one of Paul's first
shows for Channel 4. Charlotte gave a
live acoustic performance of 'The Man
With The Child In His Eyes' as a taster
for the forthcoming tour. She returned a
few minutes later for a chat with Paul,
bringing a little surprise with her -
her new puppy, Tina!
