Hidden
away amongst Welsh Marty's collection of video tapes was one of
the earliest Charlotte appearances ever and perhaps the best part of
all, Charlotte collectors everywhere have a chance to own it! This short
clip was ecorded November 1997 at the Diamonds Awards Festival in Antwerp
, months after Charlotte's
appearance on The Big Big Talent Show. It shows Charlotte
greeting fellow Welshlady Shirley Bassey backstage during a tour
stop and it's a rare glimpse of Charlotte before stardom. Welsh
Marty first recorded this when it was shown as a BBC
documentary way back in late 1997. The documentary was called
"Shirley Bassey - This Is My Life". He has since
discovered that the same documentary is available on a Shirley
Bassey DVD, entitled "Divas Are Forever". For more info on the DVD see the
