Background
Looking
to catch "Charlotte Church in Jerusalem" on PBS
but just can't seem to find your TV listings? You've come to
the right place then. In this viewing guide we hope to
give you the easiest track to finding your listings and most
importantly of all to experiencing what looks to be
Charlotte's greatest presentation on PBS ever.
First
thing is first though, just what exactly is "Charlotte
Church in Jerusalem"? Here is the official description:
Charlotte Church
in Jerusalem 45 min. The acclaimed soprano---just 14 when this concert was filmed last year---performs sacred and secular songs at the 2000-year-old Tower of David. Church is accompanied by the multicultural Ra'anana Symphonette Orchestra and Cantus Chamber Choir. For “The Last Rose of Summer,” she's joined by pipe player Uri Myers for a haunting solo, and “Ave Maria” is performed as a duet with another talented young singer, Marina Blumen. During her signature song, “Pie Jesu,” aerial footage of the city enhances the program's ethereal nature. But the main feature here is Church's angelic voice, with which she also delivers “La Pastorella.”

you have read the description and you're now dying to catch
this on PBS before you go out to buy the DVD and VHS. There
is just one problem though....you have no earthly idea when

if you follow these steps you're virtually guaranteed to
find the listings in your area. Please note however that not
all markets are carrying this presentation, what a shame. If

to get this Video on DVD or VHS..the easiest way to do that
is to go to our Spring Releases
guide.
Situation
1:
You know your ZIP code and want the easiest (not necessarily
the most accurate) way to your schedule. If
this is the case try this
link and search using your ZIP code and location.
Situation
2: "Hey
I already know my PBS affiliate's name and Call sign! (ex.
WXEL) This is the most accurate search method but it's a
little tricky to get to.
Type
the following in to your browser or click this
link but read the directions CAREFULLY!
http://www.pbs.org/cgi-registry/whatson/template.cgir?s=XXXX&t=0&t2=1&p=13425&c=d&d=2001-03-01
If
you typed the above in be sure to replace XXXX with the Call
Sign of your PBS station (ex. WXEL) if you clicked the link
goto the new browser window that just popped up and replace
XXXX with your Call Sign. Note! This will display the
description of the video even if you're station isn't
showing it so the only sure way to tell is to look for times
to be listed as well. Here are examples of a station that IS
showing and a station that is NOT showing.
