This is some exclusive footage taken at the unveiling of Dream a Dream in Atlanta, Georgia on 16 September 2000 by Dave Hanson. The album cover was introduced by Charlotte and Amanada Dunbar, the talented young artist who created it. This was a busy weekend for Charlotte as she performed two concerts as well which you can read about below.
