Charlotte recorded a special interview for the UK's ITV news
in Greenville, South Carolina, early into her December 2002 US tour. During an open and frank 8 minute interview she was given the opportunity to comment on the ongoing attacks from the UK tabloid press and to put the record straight. The interview was shown in full on the ITV News Channel on Saturday
December 7th. The night before, the main ITV news programmes and the ITV News Channel both ran a promotional feature summarising the interview and also showed footage from one of the concerts. We are bringing you the main interview in it's entirety and excerpts from the promotional feature. The promotional feature included 3 minutes of footage from the main interview so we have left this part out.
