November 15, 1999: My second album was released today! I've enjoyed making both albums, and I think I've improved a lot. My voice has changed and matured. This time, the songs are not so one-themed, not so religious. The material on this new album is more mixed.

December, 1999: The new album made the Top Ten in the UK and has been selling well pretty much everywhere, particularly in America. It's all quite amazing. Spent most of the month promoting the new album, and my first ever single, 'Just Wave Hello'.

December 5: Performed the song at the 'Smash Hits Poll Winners Party' at London Arena, which was a great experience. If you don't know, Smash Hits is a pop-based magazine for teenagers and all of the other performers there were pop artists, from Boyzone, Five and Steps to Westlife and S Club 7. It was certainly different for me, but I really enjoyed it. The audience, 11,000 mostly screaming girls (!), also seemed to.

December 21: A very early start; had to travel to London's Millennium Dome to sing at the opening of its 'Journey' Zone. This particular zone has travel as its theme (not surprisingly) and is sponsored by the Ford Motor Company - again, not surprisingly. Since 'Just Wave Hello' was used by Ford in its most recent worldwide TV advertising campaign, I was invited to perform the song at the official opening of the Journey Zone. I sang at the top of some steps, to an audience of what seemed like hundreds of Press photographers and journalists. I took two of my best friends along with me and, after doing some brief interviews and having my photograph taken, the three of us were given a quick guided tour of the Dome. A lot of the attractions weren't working yet, as the Dome wasn't officially due to open to the public until the New Year, but it was all very interesting. We left the Dome and went straight to the airport to catch a flight to Holland, with my Dad and two girlfriends. I had to meet some people at the Dutch record company, but we also found time to do some sight-seeing and relaxing.

December 31: True, I did have invitations to perform for some very important people at some very special places on this night, but I decided instead to watch someone else perform - The Manic Street Preachers! I went along to their New Year's Eve Concert with my Mum and Dad, but ended up on stage myself anyway, singing a song before the band came on. It was a great concert, a truly memorable night - and a great end to the Century! Happy New Year to everyone...

January, 2000: Spent pretty much the whole month at school. I'm still learning, you know! Left school, and the UK, at the end of the month to begin a very hectic schedule of promotion, starting in New York. A private tutor travels with me while I'm away, though, and part of my daily itinerary always includes schooling.

February 1: I was in New York for three days, and appeared on Ainsley Harriet's new NBC TV shows as a guest. Also filmed a commercial for Target, a major retailer in the US.

February 2: By now, I was in Toronto, Canada, and I did a showcase performance at the Royal Ontario Museum on this day. The showcase was webcast the following day. Spent three days in Toronto.

February 5: During a four-day visit to Los Angeles, I made my first-ever US in-store appearance at the KCET Store of Knowledge at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. It was a Saturday, and the store was packed. It was great to meet so many of you there. While in LA, I also appeared on the 'Donny and Marie Show' and the 'Martin Short Show'.

February 12: From LA, I went to Japan for the first time and spent six days there. Gave another showcase performance, in Tokyo, on St. Valentine's Day.

February 21: My 14th birthday! Thank you so much to everyone who sent me cards, gifts and e-mails. I spent my birthday in Australia (where I flew to from Japan for another six days of promotion). It was a busy trip during which I did another showcase, in Sydney, on February 23, followed by a visit to the Grace Bros City Store for a signing session. Did a second showcase performance in Melbourne, together with another signing session at Borders Music Store, on February 24.

February 26: Flew to Hawaii for a private function and the chance to have a couple of days rest! I enjoy all of the travelling very much, especially the opportunity to visit new places but...it is exhausting!

March 4: With my batteries now re-charged, I flew back home to the UK (after more than a month away) - but not before stopping off in New York for two days to appear in a couple of TV programmes.

March 8: On the move again, this time to Sweden for a few days to promote my new album. After the Swedish trip, I returned to the UK to record appearances on the TV programmes 'Sunday Night At The Palladium' and 'Big Stage'.

March 14: Flew out to Brazil for five days, to promote the album. One of the tracks on it is also the theme song for 'Dominagao Do Faustao; - which is the biggest soap opera on Brazilian TV!

March 21: Back in the UK again, and back to school. Lots of work to do in the classroom for the remainder of the Spring Term to continue my studies for the forthcoming exams! Until school breaks up for Easter on April 6, any 'musical duties' now have to be largely confined to available weekends.

April 1: Speaking of which, I'm off to Belgium for the day to promote my new album by appearing on a TV show called 'Levenslijn'.

April 2: Due to feature in the UK TV programme 'Surprise, Surprise', hosted by Cilla Black.

April 6: School finished for another term, waved goodbye (!) to all of my friends, before flying out to America for some more promotion, as follows:

April 9: Perform at the 'Kennedy Centre Gala 2000' in Washington D.C.

April 11: Appear as a guest singer with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra in Columbus, Ohio.

April 15: Perform at the 'Earth Day' concert in San Francisco.

April 29: Due to appear on the UK TV programme 'The Brian Conley Show' but, at the time of writing, this is not confirmed. For further details and information, please check your TV listings magazines!

May 6: A very exciting day! I'll be performing at the 'Classical Brits' Awards ceremony in London. I wonder whether I'll win anything? Apparently, you can vote for me in the 'Album Of The Year' category by calling the Classical FM radio station and registering your support. Obviously, I'd appreciate it if you did!...
Also, you can vote for me on-line by going to www.classicfm.co.uk. Instructions are simple once you get to the site.

May 12: I'm due to appear on the UK TV programme 'Friday Night At The Palladium' either today, or a week later (May 19). Again, the exact date is not yet confirmed so do please check your TV listings.

May 28: I'm on BBC Children's TV (in the morning) and BBC Music Live (in the evening). Look out for further information nearer the time in...your TV listings magazines.

May 29: Another TV appearance, this time on the BBC 1 programme 'Live & Kicking'.
