This is great! She has an absolutely wonderful reading voice as demonstrated in her PBS pledge-drive monologue when she was reading from cue cards. I can almost imagine her having a second career as a voice-over specialist.

Charlotte Christmas Concert News! | July

Thanks to Dave of
Team USA we now know about a Christmas concert that Charlotte will
be performing on December 21, 2000 in Vienna, Austria Coincidentally
this is also the anniversary of my original web site. The concert
will be part of Placido Domingo's annual Christmas event. See the
scan of a fax that Dave received below. Please note that the tickets
mentioned in this fax are only for members of the Placido Domingo
society.

for the Planet" Re-Air date confirmed | July

Those of you who
missed the Emmy Nominated "Heroes for the Planet" will
have another chance to see this programme on August 27th during
A&E's breakfast with the arts. Orignally there was a little uncertainty
as to what exactly was going to be on Breakfast with the Arts but
Teresa of Weller/Grossman sorted this out for me. Thanks
Teresa for helping yet again!

Charlotte's
Third Album recording session is finished! | July

We've received
word from Air Studios today that Charlotte has finally finished
recording her Third Album which will be a Christmas album. The
recording took place between July 8 and lasted through July 14th. Of
course all this means is that we can look forward to hearing
Charlotte sing some wonderful holiday music in a very short while.

it becomes available.

"Heroes for the Planet" featuring Charlotte Church was
nominated for a Primetime Emmy under the catagory of Best Musical
Direction. The programme which aired in May was produced by

There are no available tickets for the Atlanta concerts. It has sold
out.
Baltimore:
The Baltimore concert is a benefit concert for the Chimes
organization, an international, nonsectarian, not-for-profit human
service provider of services, supports, and employment for citizens
with barriers to independent living. Their URL is www.chimes.org.
The cost of the tickets are $250.00 ot $500.00 depending on the
amount of activities you are allowed to attend. The donor ticket
which costs $250.00 includes a pre-performance open bar and
buffet reception followed by the performance. Charlotte will not be
attending the pre-performance event in order to ready herself for
the concert. The $500.00 ticket entitles you to the pre-performance
open bar as well as the post-performance dessert. Charlotte will
attend this post-performance event. Please
note that only the $500.00 ticket entitles you to attend the
post-concert dessert reception where Charlotte Church will attend
and meet people. The tickets are presently on sale and
the information for the concert/benefit is listed on the above
