'Moodswings (To Come At Me Like That)' - single out now - CD & exclusive remix on iTunes |  posted February 27th

'Moodswings (To Come At Me Like That)' is in stores now and on iTunes. 


          


The regular CD single features the original version of Moodswings (To Come At Me Like That) and exclusive bonus track 'Calling You' (from the film 'Baghdad Cafe').

An exclusive remix of Moodswings (To Come At Me Like That) is available for download from
iTunes. The track has been remixed by one of the co-writers, Gary Smith. 

Radio 1 is very enthusiastic about the single, so much so that it has now been A-listed with the remix receiving the most airtime. So, if you were wondering where to get hold of this unique version, why not visit
iTunes
(Hint: Look for the version listed with a running time of 2:59).

'Moodswings' promo video - on a TV near you now! | posted February 4th

The stunning promo video for Charlotte's forthcoming single 'Moodswings (To Come At Me Like That)' is now airing on all the mainstream Music TV channels in the UK including 'The Box' and 'Flaunt'. Tune in and you won't need to wait long - it will be on again in around 2 hours!

'Moodswings' is released on Monday, 27th February.

Charlotte to tour the UK in April | posted February 1st

Charlotte is to tour the UK with an 8 piece band this April. Dates and venues as follows:

Tuesday 18th April, Glasgow Clyde Auditorium
Thursday 20th April, London Shepherds Bush Empire
Friday 21st April, Cardiff St. David's Hall

Tickets are on sale now. Check with the venue or ticket agents for further details.

'Moodswings' - 4th single release date | posted January 8th

The release date for the 4th single from 'Tissues and Issues' has been announced.
'Moodswings (To Come At Me Like That)' hits UK stores on Monday, February 27th.

Further details will be announced here as they become available.

'Even God' -  December 5th release  | posted October 26th

'Even God' will be the 3rd single to be taken from Charlotte's 'Tissues and Issues' album. The single is released on December 5th. Will make a great Christmas present for friends and family - along with the album of course!

Live performance and album signing - Selfridges, Saturday October 1st, 3pm | posted September 28th

Charlotte will be appearing at Selfridges on London's Oxford Street on Saturday October 1st. At around 3pm she will be performing 4 or 5 songs from 'Tissues and Issues' in a live set accompanied by piano. After the performance Charlotte will be signing copies of the album.

This appearance is part of the weekend's Oxford Street Festival.
Celebrate Oxford Street - Dress To Impress is a day of free events combining in-store and street fashion, music, celebrity and entertainment.

Call My Name - out now | posted September 26th

September 26th sees the release of 'Call My Name', the second single to be taken from Charlotte's 'Tissues and Issues' album.

Three versions of the single are available with two CDs and one on 12" vinyl. Each version contains either different mixes of 'Call My Name' and/or exclusive tracks not found on the album. Our 'Tissues and Issues' buy page has a few examples of where to buy online if you can't make it into a record store.

CD:UK - ITV1 | posted July 17th

Charlotte gave a great live performance of 'Show A Little Faith' on this week's CD:UK (17th July).  It was an ideal opportunity to showcase another track from 'Tissues and Issues' in the week that the album went on sale in the UK.

Tissues and Issues / Crazy Chick - Chart Stats | posted July 17th

'Tissues and Issues' claims the highest new entry on the Official UK Album Chart this week (10th to 16th July), debuting at number 5. This is a fantastic start for the album - congratulations Charlotte!




In the same period, 'Crazy Chick' knocks up a 3rd week in the top 5 of the Singles Chart. It also celebrates two weeks in a row as the number 1 song on the Official UK Radio Airplay Chart. The promo video climbs to number 1 on both the MTV Most Played and The Box Most Played charts!

Johnny Vaughan Breakfast Show - Capital FM 95.8 | posted July 17th

Charlotte popped into London's Capital FM on July 11th, the release date for 'Tissues and Issues'. Chris Brooks was standing in for Johnny Vaughan as Charlotte chatted with the Breakfast Show gang. It was a busy start to the week as Charlotte was due back in Cardiff that evening for the first of her HMV CD signing events.

Today is the UK release of Charlotte' first pop album. 'Tissues and Issues' promises a diverse collection of musical styles, drawing upon Charlotte's life experiences over the past few years. Crazy Chick - Official UK Singles Chart | posted July 10th



'Crazy Chick' was the highest new entry on last week's Official UK Singles Chart, crashing in at number 2. This week (w/e July 10th) the single consolidates its considerable success by moving to number 4 and, in so doing, beating off all but the very highest of the chart's new entries.

Top Of The Pops - BBC1 | posted July 10th

Charlotte performed Crazy Chick on tonight's Top Of The Pops (July 8th). TOTP is the BBC's flagship music programme, based around the countdown of the UK singles chart and future hits. Only fitting then for Charlotte to open the show as Crazy Chick was this week's highest new entry at number 2!

Album Signings - Cardiff & London | posted July 8th

Just a reminder for anyone close to Cardiff on 11th July or London on 12th July that, Charlotte will be signing copies of Tissues and Issues in HMV.

Entry to the Cardiff signing will be by wrist band - available when the store opens on the 11th.

For the London signing (HMV, 150 Oxford Street) it is first come, first served. Recommend turning up early on the 12th.

Both events start at 18:00.

Crazy Chick - Official UK Singles Chart | posted July 3rd



'Crazy Chick' is the highest new entry on the Official UK Singles Chart, week ending July 3rd, 2005. It was a tight call all week between the current number one and 'Crazy Chick'. In the end, Charlotte's first single smashed into the chart at number 2. Congratulations Charlotte.

Charlotte performed 'Crazy Chick' on CD:UK for the second time in as many weeks. With 'Crazy Chick' expected to enter in the high reaches of the UK singles chart today (3rd July) it was only fitting that Charlotte should be featured again so soon and, what a performance she gave! This Morning - ITV1  | posted June 29th

Charlotte was back on ITV1's live daytime show 'This Morning' on Tuesday, June 28th. Regular presenters Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield chatted to Charlotte about her life, the tabloids (putting many stories straight in the process) and, the new single and album. Charlotte closed the show with a live performance of 'Crazy Chick'.Charlotte has been a guest on this show several times over the years and she is always made to feel welcome. The show can in fact lay claim to one of Charlotte's earliest TV appearances and they recap this special moment in the introduction to Charlotte's interview.

Charlotte was special guest on 'Front Row', Monday June 27th. Front Row is BBC Radio 4's live magazine programme on the world of arts, literature, film, media and music. Mark also asked Charlotte how she handled the tabloids' intrusion into her private life".
